Description: Andreas, 'familus' of John Dey of Drakenage next to Kingsbury, Frencheman enfeoffs Thomas Dey, son and heir of the said John Dey with all his lands and tenements, rents, reversions and service which he holds or in any way may hold in the future in the vill of Walmley next to Minworth.
Terms: To be held by Thomas and his heirs and assigns forever as capital demesne fee for service thence due and by right accustomed.
