    OXFORD.
    The CATTLE PLAGUE.-We regret to say that this dreadful malady is still extending in the village of Marston (Mr. R. Rippington) having lost in dead and killed 23 beasts out of 25.
    Mr. C. Rippington and Mr. Haines have also suffered losses, and it is feared the disease will extend in their herds.
    The outbreak up to this date is confined to Marston.
    At Binsey, Mr. Higgins has lost one beast, and two others have been attacked since last week.
